Refund policy

Returns window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Contact us at mellowtailsco@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used pet beds and vests cannot be returned unless faulty.
